  • Created a UX research plan that included, but wasn’t limited to, the aims and goals of carrying out UX research, research questions, and business objectives

  • Led primary UX research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) that uncovered findability and usability issues in the onboarding user flow

  • Synthesized findings from UX research into personas, user journey maps, and storyboards to influence wireframing of various design solutions

  • Redesigned the onboarding user flow, which is projected to decrease the abandonment rate of new users during the onboarding process

  • Created illustrations in Adobe Illustrator that facilitate users being able to measure their bodies accurately

  • Improved the information architecture of the settings screen to enhance its scannability
